Tony is not that silly. He'd be more likely to blow half the town up trying to find out what would happen if he stuck a chinchilla into a toaster and put the whole thing in a bath tub full of turpintine.

Me thinks you are correct. I'd rather he use a rat or a stray dog or something. Chinchillas are expensive. However, I would bet they are much more flammable considering their high fluff level. Now you have me thinking.
