I wonder if people give him money. I saw a kid the other day in columbia who had chained himself to a bench next to Sparky's stating that he was a dog and needed money for obedience school. I almost gave him money for the creativity, except his six also cokehead looking friends were sitting there staring at me like a piece of meat.
