My sister is being accused of 3rd degree assault.  Funny thing is she didn’t do it.  Apparently this bitch has a vendetta against my sister and is going to lengths to frame her.  Hopefully things will work out and my family can sue this bitch for defamation or ... Continue reading »

    If it gets to the point where she needs a lawyer, I will definitely talk to my uncle. I have no idea what he would charge if anything. I would imagine he would want some kind of compensation since the case may take some traveling time for him and such. Anyway, in order for this to go forward at all the prosecution has to have enough evidence to even charge her. It sounds like they are going to have trouble coming up with that considering the weakness of their case. I doubt very much they will come up with strong evidence because your sister is innocent. I would tell you not to worry, but I know that's impossible. I simply cannot see anyone coming up with a strong enough case in this situation to go forward with prosecution. However, I am there to do whatever I can do if needed.

    The court system is bitchy. Good luck with It. I've seen it screw alot of people over.
